It’s down to the final three men. Arie, Jef, and Sean. They are all great guys and very different from each other. Emily seems to have fallen in love with each of them. They are all head over heals for Emily!
This episode takes place in the beautiful tropical island of Curacao in the Caribbean Sea. The dates are all outings and dinners via helicopter, sail boats and romantic settings and sandy beaches, as we have become accostomed to as viewers of this show. But one thing that we are not accustomed to is some good old fashioned humility and morals that took place in regards to the fantasy suites. Emily chose not to tempt fate at all and not even offer the fantasy suite as an option to Sean and Arie. She did mention it to Jef and he turned it down for the same reason. Out of respect for Emily’s daughter Ricki and their families who will be watching the show, he felt it best to decline. Emily was hoping he would say that. They used the suite to extend their date, but did not spend the night together. Nice! A little boring, but very respectable!
Emily got a little emotional and may have been frustrated with her own decision when it came to not using the fantasy suite with Arie. She may have been emotional because it was the last date and now she needs to make the decision on who to send home. She feels very strongly about all three of them.
“This is going to be the hardest rose ceremony!” says Emily – again.
“This is the last rose ceremony.” says Chris Harrison.
With sadness, (an emotion that she bears so well) style and grace, Emily Maynard takes some time to make her decision. Who will be going home tonight?
Jef? The young looking, Christian entrepenuer from Salt Lake City.
Sean? The sweet Texan who would do anything to spend one more moment with her, and who could pass for her brother.
or Arie? The sexy race car driver that she has had the hots for since day one.
It is painful to watch as Emily discerns the best course of action. She knows who it is. She is going to break someone’s heart tonight. She is so sweet and caring, she honestly cares for them all. She speaks of how she knows that none of the men think it is going to be them. It is true. She hasn’t given any of them reason to think that she isn’t completely in love with him. She has given it her all. She has been completely focused on each man when she is with him. I have no idea who will go home. If I had to guess, I would say Sean. Because I think she has a true desire to spend more time with Arie and she has a real love for Jef.
What do you think? You are about to find out who Emily sends home. Who do you think she will pick next week? Will she get engaged? Will it last? Comment and tell me your thoughts. Is Emily making the right choice?
The first rose goes to Jef.
The final rose goes to Arie.
Awe. . . good guess on my part. But it is still so sad. He looks so crushed!
I think Emily has made a fine choice and that the last three men are all gentlemen. They will walk away valiantly and respectfully. They all know what they are up against. It is so unrealistic to put people in this situation. Dang! Next week will be the “Men Tell All” show. What does Ryan, Kalon, and Chris say now? This should be crazy!
