Truck Adventures is being at Santa Anita Racetrack in Arcadia on Saturday, March 22, 2013 from 9am-3pm! The event benefits Make A Wish Foundation Greater Los Angeles.
Truck Adventures is a unique fun filled event meant to bring families and children together in the community in which they live. Children of all ages will be able to get up close and personal with over 50+ trucks and other vehicles that they see every day on the road. Fire trucks, police cars, construction vehicles and many other vehicles will be on display for children to see, touch, explore, sit in the driver’s seat and talk to the individuals who drive these vehicles each and every day. Some of the sponsors and participants include Toyota, Nickelodeon, US Forestry, City of Arcadia Police & Fire departments, Waste Management, Los Angeles County & Pasadena Fire Departments, Hertzberg-Davis Forensic Scientific Investigation Division, Los Angeles Port Police TransPORTer, Time Warner, Brinks, DirecTV, AAA, City of Hope and many more. In addition, there will be many kids activities including rock climbing as well as numerous award winning food trucks.
The event is perfect for families with children from the ages of three to twelve.
