Ghost Town is home to the Boysenberry Festival. Everything from turkey legs and chicken wings to corn on the cob and even alligator pieces are blended together with the delicious berry. Though the food is amazing, you can’t help but give honorable mention to the sweets! Deep fried boysenberry ice cream, boysenberry funnel cakes, and of course the famous shortbread cookies are must haves.

The boysenberry festival isn’t centered around only food. In the heart of Ghost Town is a wonderful array of boysenberry home and beauty care products! Soaps, lotions, scrubs, and also scented wax and mists all blended with the sweet berry are available.

Not a fan of Boysenberry? Not a problem. Knotts still has all there amazing flavors of jams and treats and the variety of places to eat is huge. So whatever you are in the mood for, Knotts has it and it is all good.

Once you get your fill of food, it’s time to check out the shows! Just for the season they have new shows for all ages. At Camp Snoopy Theater the “Lucy’s Really Big Spring Show” is full of energy and really gets the kids moving! Lucy, Linus, and Charlie Brown dance on stage to fun new songs. At the Boardwalk Circle Fountain, a grand stage is centered with a beautiful flower arrangement. By day it is a beautiful centerpiece to the Boardwalk that is visited by the Peanuts gang, but come night, the lights and music make it a sensational “Blooming Dance Party”! A combination of a light show, live DJ, and extraordinary performers fill the Boardwalk circle with so much energy that you can’t help but dance.

With Easter just around the corner kids have the opportunity to “Search for the Beagle”. As they enter the park, each child (ages 3-11) is handed a card with 5 different locations. Children can go to each location to receive an Easter treat! Locations are all over the park so keep your eye out and make sure to snag your goodies.
